Paket map Cradle of Civilization vytvořil Firaxis jako území reálních světů. Můžeš hrát náhodné vůdce, nebo si vybrat vůdce podle historické reality těchto oblastí. Mapy lze také otevřít ve World Builderu, kde si dokonce můžeš vytvářet vlastní scénáře.
